ประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีวันที่ 20 ก.ย. 2567 สามารถตรวจสอบรายชื่อได้ที่ Facebook NineEntertain รายการไนน์เอ็นเตอร์เทน Facebook NineEntertain และ LINE OA Nine Entertain (แต่ยังสามารถส่ง E-CARD เพื่อรวบรวมถึงจอยักษ์ในงาน ฯ ได้จนถึงวันที่ 24 ก.ย. 2567)

ในกรณีที่ท่านประสบปัญหาในการชำระเงินแล้ว Card ไม่ขึ้นให้ท่านส่งหลักฐานการโอนเงินและ Email ที่ใช่ในการสมัครมาที่ Email : webmaster@gmail.com

เงื่อนไขการยกเลิกการใช้บริการ

เมื่อท่านได้รับบริการเรียบร้อยแล้วพบปัญหา บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การพิจารณาคืนค่าบริการตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ ทั้งนี้คำพิจารณาของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

ลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์ยกเลิกการใช้บริการโดยมีหนังสือแจ้งให้ทางบริษัทฯ ทราบผ่านทางอีเมล์ webmaster@enoactic.co.th ภายใน 3 วัน นับแต่วันที่ได้รับบริการ และแจ้งเหตุผลที่ท่านต้องการยกเลิกการใช้บริการ ภายใต้เงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้

1. บริการที่ท่านทำรายการ ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ เช่น
   • - ชำระเงินแล้วแต่รูป Card ไม่แสดงว่าถูกส่งแล้ว
2. การชำระเงินของทานเกิดปัญหาและไม่สามารถทำรายการได้แต่เงินได้ถูกตัดไป กรณีที่หลักฐานตัวเลขจากเจ้าของบัญชี กับตัวเลขบนระบบแสดงตรงกันว่าถูกตัดไปจริง , วัน / เวลาที่ตัดเงิน หรือบัญชีธนาคารที่ถูกตัด ต้องแสดงได้ตรงกันอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง
   **การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ ต้องทำการยกเลิกภายใน 3 วัน หลังจากทำรายการคำสั่งซื้อ

ช่องทางการเปลี่ยนการรับบริการ

หากลูกค้าประสบปัญหาในการใช้บริการ กรุณาติดต่อ webmaster@enoactic.co.th เมื่อลูกค้าซื้อบริการผ่านช่องทางเว็บไซต์แล้ว ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนการรับบริการเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นใด ขอความกรุณาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในการซื้อบริการก่อนทำรายการทุกครั้ง

เงื่อนไขการจ่ายคืนค่าบริการ

บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาคืนค่าบริการ โดยจะไม่ทำการคืนเป็นเงินสด ทุกกรณี ซึ่งจะดำเนินการคืนค่าบริการโดยวิธีการดังต่อไปนี้:

• จ่ายคืนเงินต้องเป็น Email เดียวกับที่ทำธุรกรรม
• จ่ายคืนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารของลูกค้า ภายใน 30 วัน หลังจากบริษัทฯยืนยันการรับคื
• จ่ายคืนวงเงินเข้าบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต ที่ทำการชำระเงิน โดยระยะเวลาขึ้นอยู่กับการดำเนินการของแต่ละธนาคาร
• คืนวงเงินเข้าบัตรเครดิตภายใน 7-15 วันทำการ*
• คืนเงินเข้าบัตรเดบิตภายใน 30-45 วันทำการ*

Terms of service cancellation

When you have received the service and found a problem, the company reserves the right to consider refunding the service fee according to the specified conditions. The company's decision is final.

Customers have the right to cancel the service by sending a letter to the company

via email at webmaster@enoactic.co.th within 3 days from the date of receiving the service and stating the reason for canceling the service under the following conditions:

1. The service you have purchased cannot be used, such as You have paid but the card image does not show that it has been sent.
2. Your payment has a problem and cannot be completed but the money has been deducted. In the case that the evidence numbers from the account owner and the numbers on the system show that it has been deducted, the date/time of the deduction or the bank account that was deducted must show one or the other.

**Order cancellation must be done within 3 days after making the order.

Change of service channels

If customers experience problems using the service, please contact webmaster@enoactic.co.th.

When customers purchase services through the website, the company reserves the right to change the service to another product. Please check the accuracy of the purchase of the service before making a transaction every time.

Refund terms

The company reserves the right to consider refunding the service fee. In all cases, the refund will not be made in cash. The refund will be made in the following ways:

• The refund must be made to the same email address as the transaction.
• The refund will be made to the customer's bank account within 30 days after the company confirms the refund.
• The refund will be made to the credit/debit card used for payment. The duration depends on the operation of each bank.
• The refund will be made to the credit card within 7-15 business days*.
• The refund will be made to the debit card within 30-45 business days*.
